Property Description - 3 bed Gite
Bedrooms
Two double bedrooms and one twin or triple room bedroom are situated on the first floor. All are large rooms with double windows opening to the front of the property. An extra single bed can be added to any room, if required. Bed linen is included in the price (changeover Saturdays). If you choose to stay with us for 2 weeks bed linen and towels with be replaced on the middle weekend.
Kitchen and dining
A fully-fitted well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and a large fridge. Large pine table seats up to 8 people. Door leading to private shaded patio area with outside dining table and garden.
Laundry room with washing machine, drying area, clothes airer and shower. We supply FREE washing tablets for the machine.
Living rooms
Separate large lounge with double doors leading to the front of the property, tv (English channels), dvd player, video player, 2 comfortable sofas and a bookcase with a selection of books and dvds.
Bathrooms
Upstairs bathroom with shower and separate wc.
Downstairs separate wc.
Shower in laundry room.
One bath and hand towel per person, provided per week.
Heating
Heating included as required.
Entertainment
Tv with Engilsh and French Freeview channels, dvd player, boardgames and books. Games barn with full size pool table, table tennis table, darts, table football and keep fit equipment. Free Wi-fi available.
Private barbecue/patio area and a 10 x 5m heated swimming pool with sunloungers, umbrellas and inflatables.
Large garden rolling down to a small river with orchard and pond. 4m diameter trampoline, badminton, tennis equipment, connect 4, giant jenga, hula hoops and many other outside games!
Our Games barn has table tennis, full size pool table, darts, table football and fitness equipment.
We also have a hot tub that takes 4-6 persons for extra relaxation
Parking and garages
Parking to the front with a large covered parking area to the side.
Visitor suitability
This property has proved suitable for all ages, however, if you do have young children you need to be aware of the pond and stream. Complimentary cot, highchair, stairgate and buggy are available on request.
We have 2 friendly dogs that live with us. They are kept in a seperate garden space
We also have chickens in a seperate area of the garden which children love
Information about any additional facilities
Heating is available during out of season lets. Guests are expected to leave the property as found.
If required, cleaning service is available for £45.
